iSurface Software
Software for recognition of defects on the surface of solid objects by analyzing images and data from optical laser scanners. The functional purpose of the software under development is to, by receiving data from optical sensors about the geometry of the part surface a cloud of points, detect defects, classify them, and generate control signals for production. The software implements tools for modeling complex geometry, defining measurement paths and calculating geometric parameters from the obtained point clouds.
The software is registered in the Russian software registry. The program is intended to be installed on measurement and scanning systems created by various vendors, including optical laser scanners. The program can be used in the quality control stations of the metal works. Computer type: PC. OS: Windows 10 and higher.
